The Tierra Learning Center is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Daily operations here include:

• Coyote House and Residential Village
• Trails arts and independent living skills day program
• Employment Services
• Tierra Retreat Center sleeps up to 100 people, has a stylish main lodge with full kitchen and a host of other amenities; Tierra Retreat welcomes general inquires and hosts conferences, weddings and retreats through the calendar year.
• Tierra Garden Organics is a 40 acre organic farm that has expanded its mission by running a small scale production garden in collaboration with the Tierra Village community.
• Mountain Sprouts Children's Community is an independent 501 (c) 3 and a fully licensed day-care and preschool offering art and nature based curriculum to over 50 children in the community.
• Tierra Pottery Home of MF Pottery - hosting classes and open studio through the year.
• Tierra Forestry - turning forest health and fuel reduction projects into wood products and Biochar.
